Just to keep everyone up to speed as to what is happening now and in the future.
I will be starting a new challenge again after our winter holiday. From 9th March, this will be only for 10 weeks, but my wife has bought 3 new items as Christmas presents which she has included in the agreement terms to be able to use, I have now agreed and signed the strict contract.
Taking on these challenges has brought us both closer together, reduced my alcohol intake and made me more disciplined.
The last challenge which involved being permanently shackled for 12 weeks, the use of other items, loss of privileges, comfort, degraded and put in vulnerable or risky situations. This time the 10 weeks will be much the same rules, but with a couple more items added to the collection (some of which I am not really looking forward to).
It took a couple of weeks after full release to get fully used to the degree of additional leg movement and after that until now I have been on a strict fitness program to ready myself for skiing. It is surprising how such restriction (being in leg irons) can impact leg and overall fitness, so anyone long term shackled will have a long uphill struggle regaining full fitness.
I am looking forward to our holiday, my wife is looking forward to 9th march 🙂
It’s disconcerting to read that your overall fitness degrades so much while wearing your restraints, particularly the leg shackles. I hope you and your wife are considering options to minimize such effects in the future. I wonder if the regular use of something like a rowing machine might help, which perhaps might able to accommodate a restrained user wearing legirons. Any case, good luck, and I’ll be eager to read what happens next.

Brilliant, how stupid of me. In our home gym we have a cross trainer, a treadmill and a vibration plate, which is all pretty useless in shackles… Of course a rowing machine will be usable in shackles, we have the space, I am on the lookout for one now before the holiday.
It was a little unexpected, pretty sore and frustrating for several weeks recovering, My wife was also concerned when I was struggling, I would prefer preventing this happening again.
Thank you.

I haven’t looked at any in quite a while but I wonder if a descent rowing machine comes equipped with a useful progress display. That way, your wife can choose to set goals for you. You know, get ‘this far’ by ‘this time’ or get reacquainted with your lovely collar again.. Win, win, I say. Just sayin’.
Anyway, I hope you find a good one.

My wife thanks you for your contributions and ideas, she particularly likes the idea of setting goals so we will be getting a rowing machine with a good mechanism and computer. Also she is considering the possibilities of being able to lock my shackles to the frame of the machine to keep me there until targets are met or exceeded.
Just looking at that collar gives me the jitters, it really is a horrible cruel and uncomfortable device. But I have signed myself away to her total creativity and control, so anything goes. If I resist or argue I will be punished and things will be worse for me.

Skyler,
Just to keep you informed, we have managed to buy a rowing machine. My wife is happy as she can see a way of locking my while in shackles in the machine 😦
Our local auction house had this one “750R Rowing Machine” with no reserve, looked brand new and a current selling model, so we set our sights on bidding for it and won. An absolute bargain as it went for about 20% of what it would cost new.
Been working out on it today and it is definitely a solution to keeping my legs working.
Thanks for your and other’s suggestions and ideas, its going to make my next adventure that much more interesting and challenging.

sorry for not answering youir update or so long – i have been away ..
yes, getting a rowing macihne is great news and will keep you properly in shape – especially if your wife and mistress put up a large screen in forn of it and decides to keep this viedo looping for some time (with you having to keep time of course) 8)
another thing to keep you in shape would be more garden work .. perhaps buying a nice manual mower like this? (the neighbours will love the lack of noise, except the slight clinking of your chains)

Arrrh…
Too many bad ideas!!!, my wife is loving them all 😦
Although I have agreed to 10 weeks starting 9th March, I know this is going to be a lot more intense and worse that my last time – 12 weeks of being shackled and helpless.
I know she still loves the evil spiked collar and currently I am making a jig, like stocks to hold the collar and my head in place when lying down without the risk of tearing bedding material or my skin.
Really looking forward to our skiing, starting on 22nd February, fingers crossed for some good snow conditions.

That’s great to know! I’m sure for you and your wife it’s a big potential issue averted, and at a great price, too. Don’t know what to say about The Collar, though. Maybe find a foam mattress and cut a slit in it for the spikes? Just a thought. Maybe an evil one, but, well, you know…
Any case, I hope you get into good shape for skiing and have a great trip.

for the spiked collar – how about trying this idea ..
get a piece of heavy duty garden hose – length to be identical to ther outer circumference of the spike tips. slit it lengthwise and put a number of lacing holes along the slip and into the end.- lace it over the spikes of your collar when allowed to do so by you Wife and Mistress … this might be cheap way to protect bedding and skin – of course you now look like a clown ..
of course the sleeping stocks are a nice idea as welll (dont forget to add holes for your wrists, cant have you touching yourself in your dreams) .. hmm – i am unsure if the wrist holes should be on both sides of the neck hole or on only on one side (making it look more like a fiddle and forcing you to sleep on your side)
this might need some testing so perhaps make a first version out of a few layers of heavy duty cardboard?
